CONSULTING
Starting out is the most important part, but it can also be the most overwhelming. Sarah makes it easier by listening to your hopes, concerns, constraints, and inspirations and turning them into an achievable, well-balanced vision that captures your unique style. Sarah offers an in-depth consultation for $100 to asses your project needs and map out how to best move forward.
Project fees are dependent on the project. Project fees will be disclosed after your consultation.

CONCEPT AND DESIGN VISUALIZATION
Sarah’s wide range of visualization services can give you an understanding of the layout and details of your new space, so you can adjust your project to get exactly what you’ve been looking for. Whether it's rendering, drafting, sketching, or other media, Sarah will help you visualize your project before you spend valuable time and money.
Visualization of your project can be achieved by:

Photoshop - Great for elevation views, floor plan views, or axons

SketchUp - Great for 3D imagery. SketchUp can show you realistic views of your design. In-program walk-throughs and video walk-throughs are also available upon request

Design Boards - Mood/ vision boards to help guide you in the right direction

Drafting - Floor plans and other architectural drawings. These are also great for space planning

Hand Sketching - Have a design hand drawn to show you your vision in a way that feels less concrete and shows some artistic expression!

Yes, we do it all! With full service Interior Design, Sarah will take care of every step, so you can sit back and watch your dreams turn from ideas to reality.

Project consultation - We'll discuss what you need to get your project done and work with a budget that works for you

Design concept development - Sarah will help you define your vision so that your project is beautiful with intention

Design visualization of your new space - See how your project will look before it starts. This is a great time to make adjustments so it comes out just the way you want it

Product purchasing, sourcing and final design installation - (goods are purchased with a designer's discount). You don't need to worry about a thing! Sarah will do the purchasing and leg work to get everything to your project and installed just as you expect it.

Care and maintenance package of your design - you'll know where each item was purchased and have all the info needed for future maintenance.

Partial Service Design - This is essentially the same as full service design, but a little less is involved. Sarah will help you re-design your space, provide you with a shopping list and a design vision board so you can implement the design yourself! She'll make sure you can get your new look within your budget and leave the fun part to you!
